PLAN YOUR PATH
Preparation, time and schedule
Before you apply
Choose research and applied experiences that fit the work you want. Plan for statistics and careful reading.
Your complete timeline
180 quarter credits · 4-year example. Prior credits, prerequisite placement and course availability can change your personal completion date.
Plan around the schedule
Online delivery reduces commuting, but assignments and course sequencing still set your workload. Ask which courses require scheduled participation and what part-time study would look like.
Application and selection
Request an official transfer-credit evaluation and an individual degree plan. The advertised maximum transfer allowance is not a guarantee that all your credits will meet major requirements.

Questions to take to an advisor
Which experiences would help me test a human-services role before committing to graduate school?
- Which required courses or placements are offered only once per year?
- Can you give me a written estimate covering every required term and practical expense?
- Which employment, transfer or licensing requirements remain after this award?
Published program length is not a personal completion estimate. Transfer credits, prerequisites, selection and course availability can change the timeline.
After the program
This undergraduate degree can support human-services work or further study. It does not qualify you as a licensed psychologist or therapist.
